Elaine Stewart
I’m Elaine Stewart, a Reiki Master and intuitive healer based in South West, London. My path to Reiki came through my own experiences of burnout, anxiety, IBS, panic attacks and trauma — including birth trauma — which deeply shaped how I work today.
I support adults and children experiencing:
• nervous system overwhelm and chronic stress
• burnout and emotional exhaustion
• trauma and anxiety
• womb and hormonal imbalances
• autoimmune conditions
• pregnancy and postpartum challenges
In a culture that rewards pushing, performing and powering through, choosing rest is a radical act.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t come from trying harder — it comes from feeling safe enough to stop.
You can work with me through individual Reiki sessions, monthly themed online or in-person group healing, or bespoke group sessions.
Alongside my work with adults, I also have experience working with neurodiverse children, including those with ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences and emotional regulation challenges. I volunteered Reiki within a local primary school, supporting children who find the demands of school overwhelming.
